Context

A 15 Year old Pharmacy Retail brand was struggling with losses & lop sided Airport dependent business with degrowth of existing stores & high operating losses in newly opened stores. Consumer was disengaged because of non availability of required medicines while staff was demotivated due to very low incentive realization

Context

One of India’s largest E-Commerce marketplaces operating in the value segment had a high Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) in the E-Commerce business which necessitated a change in their GTM. Mandate was to build an omni-channel physical store led business from scratch

  • Developed a concept for large format store from ground zero & achieved the feat of opening a new store (8000 sq ft) in 120 days with location identification, store design, project management & execution, sourcing from 80+ unorganized vendors in multiple categories, team hiring & store set up flawlessly executed

  • Conceptualized & executed first of its kind partnership model with unorganized mom & pop garment selling stores wherein the e-com giant would lend its brand to the shop & control the supply of stock, while the front end operations would be managed by the Partner

RTM for a Fragrance Brand in EBO Format

Context

An exponentially growing D2C brand wanted to explore the physical retailing option through the kiosk format. The brand was extremely popular on social media on back of its quirky content and fantastic price value equation.

Context

A large-scale fashion brand was acquired with an ambition to further scale it in the value fashion format. While West, South & North India fired from 2012 to 2015, East Zone – the Market Leader – was struggling with only 2 new store additions in 3 years.

Mandate was to grow the network and fight competition.

  • Transformed the struggling East (largest) zone of the brand which had opened only 2 new stores in 3 years after its acquisition from a 16-store network to 64 stores in 40 months

  • Executing the Complete RTM strategy with a focus on Right Cities, Right Clusters & Right Outlets thus driving upwards of 50% Weighted Distribution & High Distribution Effectiveness.
  • Built the Complete Cold Chain Sales & Distribution Network from scratch in North & East India for XXX Chocolates with an achievement of 60% Weighted Distribution in 3 Years.
